Career Opportunities
Location: Washington, KS. Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week, 9-month position (Monday–Friday)
We’re looking for a passionate early childhood educator to join our Head Start team! As a Center-Based Teacher, you’ll foster whole-child development through hands-on learning, strong family partnerships, and a safe, nurturing classroom environment. This role involves planning and delivering curriculum-based instruction, supervising assistants and volunteers, and supporting each child’s individual learning goals.
Qualifications:

Associate or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education or related field

Experience with preschool-aged children

Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills

Must pass background checks, TB screening, and hold/obtain required certifications
